Welcome to FBN (Founders Business Network). By enrolling as a member, attending events, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

Open to business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
FBN reserves the right to approve or reject membership.
One category per member may be maintained for exclusivity.

2. Code of Conduct

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and ethical practices.
Respect all members and avoid misconduct.
No unethical client poaching or misrepresentation.

3. Attendance & Participation

Members are expected to attend meetings regularly.
Inactive participation may lead to membership review.

4. Referrals & Business Transactions

FBN acts only as a networking platform.
All business dealings are between members.
FBN is not responsible for disputes, losses, or service quality.

5. Membership Fees & Payment Policy

All fees must be paid in full during enrollment.
Fees may change without prior notice.

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds for non-attendance, withdrawal, or termination.

6. Membership Tenure & Renewal

Membership is valid for a fixed duration.
Renewal must be done before expiry.

7. Intellectual Property

All FBN branding and content is protected.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Use of Media

Members agree to allow usage of photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional purposes.

9. Confidentiality

Members must maintain confidentiality of shared business information.

10. Termination

Violation of rules may lead to termination.
No refunds will be provided.

11. Limitation of Liability

FBN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from member interactions.

12. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Rajkot, Gujarat.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Disputes will first be resolved amicably within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Sole arbitrator appointed by FBN.
Location: Rajkot, Gujarat.
Decision will be final and binding.
